Hmong Grave Desecration Committee is hosting its third Annual Conference and Fund-Raising event in Fresno, California on March 28 & 29, 2009 to bring NHGDC members around the world together to prepare ourselves to work nationally as well as internationally and to report its progress from the last three years as well as to laying out the plan and strategy for the next step.
