NHGDC Local Chapter in New England has been endorsed and function in collaboration with Hmong Foundation of Connecticut, United Hmong of Massachusetts, and Hmong United Association Rhode Island. The elected Executive Officers of NHGDC are Mr. Cher Thai Lee (Chair), Mr. Sou Kha (Vice-Chair), Mr. Cher Pao Kue (Secretary), and Mr. Naolong Moua (Treasurer).
